Hospital “goes above and beyond” to help Billy

Our son Billy became ill when I was heavily pregnant with our second child. He was admitted to RCH and, after months of surgeries and tests, was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease.
He is cared for by the gastro team, lead by Dr Winita Hardikar and her amazing nurses and staff. We are so lucky and blessed to be under the care of the children’s, where he actually enjoys going into the hospital (even doesn’t mind the blood tests and injections)!
Everyone at the hospital goes above and beyond to ensure we are all ok, even through our darkest days. We will forever be indebted to you all.
