The GFA Charity Home Auction is one of Victoria’s most loved auction events and a major contributor to the Good Friday Appeal. Each year, it attracts a mass crowd of up to 1000 people for a giant street party accompanying the auction.
In 2022, the GFA Charity house fetched a record $1.082 million, with more than $17 million being raised for the Appeal to date over the past 30 years with Henley and 14 years with Villawood Properties.
For the 2023 Appeal, a stunning two-storey 35-square Henley Home is now under construction in Lara on a 512sqm lot at Villawood Properties’ unique and exciting Coridale community. The home will be appointed with luxury fittings and fixtures and finished with professional landscaping, decking, fully electric ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling system and window coverings – everything a buyer needs to move straight in.
