We are excited to announce the Good Friday AFL Round 4 match – ‘Kick for the Kids’!
For the first time ever, an AFL football match will be played at Etihad Stadium on Good Friday between the North Melbourne Football Club and the Western Bulldogs. $5 from adult tickets and $10 from family tickets sold will go directly to the Appeal. We are looking forward to making this match a critical part of the Victorian community fundraising efforts for the Good Friday Appeal.

Just like the AFL, the Good Friday Appeal is the fabric of the Victorian community and we are excited to further enhance this already wonderful Appeal and raise much needed funds to support the work of The Royal Children’s Hospital.
The Good Friday Appeal and AFL are intrinsically linked, with the first Appeal in 1931 being a veterans football match to raise funds for sick kids.
With the match kicking off at 4.20pm, families can still enjoy all the fun of the Good Friday Appeal Kids Day Out at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and then catch the game at Etihad Stadium.
The match will be shown as part of the Seven Network Good Friday Appeal telecast from 4pm to 7pm on Channel 7.
