KIDS BIG DAY OUT
One of the big highlights of our fundraising efforts is the Kids Big Day Out at Etihad Stadium on Good Friday.
And this year was another record turn out with almost 20,000 families and friends taking part in the wonderful activities on the concourse of the magnificent stadium.
The gold coin donation event had something for everyone and raised over $50,000.
The exciting inclusion of the Teddy Bear Hospital brought a new and fun element to all the wonderful fundraising activities at the Kids Big Day Out.
Traditional stalls like the Pied Pipers marquee raised a record $5,073 and the popular Mustangs in Black rides raised another $3,004.
Face painting, displays, celebrity autograph signing, the main entertainment stages, cooking classes and Little Athletics all joined to make it a fun day.
