HOSPITAL patient Charlotte conducted her own check-up on the Good Friday Appeal charity auction house last week.
Residential estate Alamanda in Point Cook was chosen as the location for this year’s appeal.
The eight-year-old, alongside mayor Heather Marcus, checked out the site which will be open for inspection from 3 March.
A joint venture by developers Villawood and Henley, the home will be sold at a no reserve auction to raise much-needed funds for The Royal Children’s Hospital.
The double-storey house is set to be more than 40 squares in size, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The auction will be held at Lot 58 Lincoln Heath Boulevard at 1pm on 2 April.
